All Sales Are Final

  • No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once a purchase has been made.

Gift Exchanges

  • Exchanges for Gifts: If you have received a drawing or print as a gift and would like to exchange it for another drawing or print of equal or lesser value, we are happy to accommodate you. Please note that this policy does not apply to original paintings.

  • Eligibility for Exchange:

    • The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and unaltered.
    • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving the gift.
    • Exchanges are only available for drawings or prints. We do not offer exchanges for original paintings.

  • How to Request an Exchange:

    • Please contact verahilmars@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
    • Once your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the process of selecting a new drawing or print.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original gift and receiving the new item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damage or Defects

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
